SHIPPING: We use Priority mail as a rule as they will deliver on Saturday. UPS will not deliver on Saturdays without an upcharge and only in limited areas. Damaged shipments: In the unlikely event of a damaged shipment, you must contact us immediately to start the damage claims process. Although Insurance is not an option through Ebay we will provide it. If you have ever had a claim or have gone through the claim process you know what a pain in the rear it is.. It would be up to you to file the claim through the respective office and wait 3 weeks or better to get your $$ back.. We will take care of this for you. Just fill out the return form included in your packaging and send it back to our address. We have to receive the package back before any exchanges will be shipped. This is a rare occurrence but happens every now and then..

WARRANTY:
1 Year Limited Warranty on TV Lamps!!! To issue your warranty you must have and include your invoice / packing slip in with your return. You will be billed for Shipping and you will need to call into our office at 319 256 3120 and talk with Bob as he handles all warranties. We mark all our bulbs plus test the bulbs that come in. If the lamp tests good we will not warranty it. If we see something that is not normal wear we will not warranty it..
Within the 1rst 6 months of your lamps life we will offer a full exchange minus shipping when the conditions above are met. After 6 months of date purchased we will prorate your lamp by 15% each month. For example, if your lamp was $100 in the 7th month you would only be credited $85 toward a new lamp, 8 Months you would receive $70.. - Why can't I track my package?

- Why does it say no tracking info available when I track via usps.com?
If your order ships via the post office (USPS), your tracking information will not be available until your order has been delivered. This is actually delivery confirmation information you are trying to access as the post office does not offer tracking.
- When I track my package, it states the following: "The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper or shipping partner on _______ __, ____ to expect your package for mailing." What does this mean?
If you have seen this message for many days, this means your package has been dropped off and USPS did not update an origin scan.
